The death kiss - An ingenious killer stalks the set of a Hollywood movie studio. The star is killed during the filming of a murder scene. The film's writer, who dabbles in detective fiction on the side, can't resist snooping around on his own, and his affection for the leading lady is added incentive for him to crack the case because someone is out to frame her.
